Requirements to Work With Malonéii Staffing Agency

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) / Police Reference Check

• Up-to-date immunization records, including TB test if required

• Valid CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain before placement)

• Early Childhood Education (ECE) diploma/certificate OR relevant childcare experience

• Professional references (at least two from childcare/education roles)

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in Canada

• Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and flexibility in childcare settings
